Hi there! Those of you who are connected with me on Facebook may be wondering how I posted in Hindi so accurately few days back. I am going to unveil the secret. If it is typing in Hindi, it must be full of confusion and searching on the keyboard for letters and bla bla. But this time, NO. You can just type in English (Or any other language you use) and that will be AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTED IN HINDI. Is that not awesome?!
For this you have to follow some steps -
1) Download Google Hindi Input from here or from the bottom of the post.
2) Its a .rar file so extract it on your PC and then install the APK on your phone/tablet.
3) After installing, Enable this tool by following - Settings -> Language & Input, under “KEYBOARD & INPUT METHODS” section, check Google Hindi Input, then click Default and select “Hindi transliteration” in the “Choose input method” dialog.
3) Language swapper will appear on your keyboard as shown in below screenshot.Touch on that to swap from English to Hindi.
4) Type anything in Hinglish like, "Or batao kya haal chaal"
It will automatically convert it into Hindi.
Please Note : This feature will work only with the default keyboard of Android, i.e. not with Swype, Swiftkey etc.
